Trista Charnas (LPC)

I am licensed in Colorado with 3 years of professional work experience in a clinical setting. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, and coping with grief and loss. I also have a strong background in children and families and play therapy which comes in handy when working with any age group. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I am a firm believer that you are the expert in you life, I didn’t live through your experiences you did. I see my job being to walk along side you and help you sort life out by pointing out themes and asking deepening questions to help guide and support.
