My career began with me providing home-based clinical services to adoptive and foster families of children exhibiting a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. After working with children and families I transitioned to provided therapy and case management to returning citizens. I’ve most recently worked as a Rehabilitation Counselor providing therapeutic services and interventions to individuals with seen and unseen disabilities. I have worked with clients of all ages, ethnicity, and cultural backgrounds, with a wide range of concerns including depression, abuse, trauma, anxiety, ADHD relationship issues, substance use, and career challenges. I believe in honoring everyone unique differences as it allows for growth and increased knowledge. My therapeutic approach focuses on empowering and encouraging individuals through evidence based social work treatment modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational and Psychodynamic Therapy. I offer live video, phone, and messaging sessions. I usually check messages three times a day, seven days per week. Please note that what you see in my calendar may not reflect my only availability, so you always want to check that out with me through messaging first. I look forward to meeting you.
