I am a licensed professional counselor in Arkansas with over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, anger management, and stress management. I have worked with people of all ages in various settings, including acute care, outpatient, intensive outpatient, school-based, college, and residential care. My counseling style is collaborative and client-centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and will encourage you to do the work to reach your personal goals. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, motivational interviewing, coaching, and reality therapy techniques.
