Vicki Bauer is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience providing supports and services in the Central Florida area. Specializing in working with parents and families of individuals with intellectual disabilities, including autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, OCD, and anger management, Vicki is adept at addressing the unique challenges and stressors associated with these conditions. Vicki offers behavioral counseling for affected individuals and counseling and support for parents, siblings, and other family members. She understands that living with and parenting a special needs individual can lead to depression, relationship issues, family conflict, and anxiety, and is dedicated to helping families navigate these struggles while also teaching individuals with disabilities to lead more stable and independent lives. Combining warmth and compassion with a blend of cognitive and applied behavior therapies, as well as life skills training and support, Vicki is eager to work with you to improve the quality of life for you and your family.
