Vicky Newsom (LPC)

I am an Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor with over 35 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My work focuses on helping individuals, families and couples address anxiety and depression related issues, trauma, relationship difficulties, work stress, and family concerns. I have a particular interest in guiding clients through the healing process following traumatic experiences, and offering compassionate support to those struggling with self-image, grief, and loss. By providing a calm and grounded presence, I’m able to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, clarify their goals, and implement meaningful strategies for change. My client centered approach empowers individuals, couples and families to better understand themselves and move toward emotional well-being with confidence and clarity.
