Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in Florida and received my Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University in 2015. I have experience working with adolescents, teens, adults, and families. I have been able to support clients dealing with an array of concerns including anxiety, depression, confidence/self-esteem, and grief/loss. I have also helped clients walk through their healing from physical, emotional, and sexual trauma. I sculpt my counseling style to the needs of my clients by using cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, with client-centered and compassionate care.
