Victoria Lewis (LPC)

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia with 10+ years of professional work experience within the mental health arena. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, ADHD, trauma and abuse, anger management, & bipolar disorder. I also have experience working with individuals coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My therapeutic approach is interactive and engaging. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels; instead, I believe that everyone should be treated with respect, consideration, and kindness. I use a combination of rational-emotive, humanistic, psychodynamic, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral treatment. I’ll adjust our conversation and therapy strategy to fit your special needs.
