I am an experienced and empathic psychotherapist that provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families for issues including relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, parent/child difficulties, co-parenting struggles, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism, and addiction. I pride myself in my ability to make people feel understood and safe without judgement. My specialties include couples/family therapy, trauma, mindfulness, and the treatment of ADHD. I also am well-versed in working with parents as I am a parent myself. I have experience working in 12 step programs, MAT facilities, and groups.
