Let me tell you a little bit about me so you can decide if we’d be a good fit. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with specialization in DBT. What that means is I have expertise in treating problems with emotion regulation, interpersonal issues, tolerating distress, and mindfulness. Life can be overwhelming to say the least, and we can’t control everything; which is a scary thing to accept. There’s hope though! We can learn to build a life that’s worth living if we just have the right tools. That’s where I come in, using a person centered approach to guide you to a more fulfilled life.
