I am licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings, and any other issues of concern can be shared without fear of judgment. I understand that life can be difficult at times, and it can be even more difficult to work through our problems alone.
