Welcome to Betterhelp! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana with 3 years of experience in providing therapy to adults, children/teens, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting problems, and toxic self-image beliefs. I also helped people who have experienced physical/sexual trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm using empathetic listening and creating an atmosphere in which my clients feel safe.
