Yovani Ayala

Yovani Ayala is a highly experienced therapist who graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2015 with a Masters in Social Work Degree. With a strong background in assisting individuals facing various challenges in life, including Depression & Anxiety Disorders, Comorbidities, Disability, Parenting, and Work Stress, Yovani has developed a deep understanding of the human experience. She has received extensive training in Mindfulness and Meditation coping mechanisms, Smoking Cessation, Anger Management, and therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Yovani is also certified to provide Exposure Therapy for individuals with Anxiety Disorders. In her personal life, Yovani is a devoted wife and mother of two human girls and two canine boys. She also has a beloved Medium Hair cat named Lily who often accompanies her during sessions. Yovani embraces her Hispanic, Mexican American heritage and finds joy in dancing to rock and Latin and hip hop music. She loves to laugh at comedy shows and programs, read thrilling books, and spend quality time with her family, creating new memories in nature, events, and over delicious food.
