Abdias Gomez (LPC)

I am licensed in Texas with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anger, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. During our sessions, I will teach my clients coping skills to help them navigate the difficult times, and we will also practice mindfulness to help my clients increase their awareness of the positive things that are present in their environment as they proceed through their day.
