Alison Mondares (LCSW)

I am licensed in Florida with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with many issues including stress, anxiety, and depression. My true passions are assisting individuals in coping with grief and loss and educating caregivers on taking care of their loved ones who suffer from dementia. I use motivational interviewing to work on self-esteem and confidence issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I look forward to supporting and empowering you in that journey.
