I am a compassionate, relatable and patient therapist who is licensed in New York State. I possess 15 years of clinical experience working with clients who are coping with stress, anxiety, relationship issues , trauma, abuse, grief, motivation and self esteem issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and genuineness. I also believe that prospective clients are looking for a therapist who truly cares for their well being. I am that person. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment to meet your unique and specific needs using methods like traditional talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
