Amanda Kazee

Amanda Kazee is a highly experienced clinical social worker and addiction specialist based in Wilmington, NC. With a passion for helping individuals overcome addiction and untreated mental health issues, Amanda has been practicing therapy since 2011. She began her career at an outpatient clinic specializing in substance use disorders and quickly became enamored with the field and the people she served. Amanda’s personal connection to addiction and untreated mental health in her own family sparked her fascination with understanding the underlying causes and finding effective solutions. She obtained her Bachelor’s and Masters in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and practiced in Pinehurst, NC before returning to her hometown of Wilmington. For the past four years, Amanda has been providing therapy at a community mental health agency.
