I am an LCSW in California with almost 10 years of experience in social services. I have worked in a group home, homeless services, housing, in a prison and in a community heath setting, which has given me varied perception and varied experience. I also have experience working with older adults. I am sex positive and comfortable working with people in alternative relationships, the the LGBTQ+ community, as well as the BDSM community. I have extensive experience working with depression, anger management, and anxiety. I also work with people with eating disorders and follow the Heath at Every Size model. I believe in a whole person and client centered approach to mental health.
