I specialize in helping women heal from anxiety and depression so they can live authentically and with intention. I believe every woman is equipped with her own set of solutions to the challenges she faces, and with the right guidance and support she can overcome even the most difficult experiences in life. I am licensed in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, & self esteem. I also have experience working with confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
