I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, family dynamic issues (relatives, siblings), self-motivation, self-esteem, & confidence-building. I also have extensive experience working with depression and OCD. I believe that my clients are the expert of your their story. With that, I work to build on strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I emphasize the importance of increasing sleep, working on more mindfulness, accepting the HERE & NOW and moving forward rather than constantly revisiting the past. We can explore the past – but we should not continue to live there.
