Hello! My name is Nina, and I am a clinical therapist in both Florida and Massachusetts with 3 years of professional work experience. I have worked with clients on stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My job is to be a great listener of your story. I will work with you on creating an toolset of skills to help empower you and overcome your difficulties. I will use strategies and exercises from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help to confront your internal struggles and encourage you to identify certain actions that will aid you in striving towards your own goals for yourself.
