I am licensed in Wisconsin with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey! Besides counseling, I also have a background in higher education. This makes me unique as a therapist as I like to use education in my approach when working with clients. I have worked with traditional college aged students professionally for the past 5.5 years. My areas of expertise are in the areas of life transitions, adjusting to change, and time-management.
