Brittany (Britta) March (LMHC)

I’m a licensed mental health counselor and certified personality disorder provider. I work with clients recovering from relational trauma, personality disorders, and the use of harmful coping skills. My goal is to guide you toward meeting your most authentic, bad*ss self while teaching you some helpful skills along the way. My sessions are inspired by therapeutic approaches such as Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Most importantly my approach is inspired by what it seems my clients need in that moment.
