I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), certified domestic violence counselor, and holistic healing guide with lived experience of trauma and recovery. As a client centered, transpersonal therapist, my work bridges trauma-informed therapy with soul-level transformation. I integrate CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy, along with techniques informed by Polyvagal Theory, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles, somatic regulation approaches, and Jungian perspectives. I also draw from Akashic Records exploration and past life reflection. I work with those healing from childhood trauma, sexual trauma, generational trauma, complex PTSD, chronic illness, infertility, existential loss, and profound spiritual awakenings.
