Welcome! I am so happy you are reaching out for help. My true passion in life is helping others navigate their own. Life gets difficult and we all need someone to support us; therapy is a fantastic way to allow us to learn how to better support ourselves. I have had 11 years of experience in the mental health field; with clients in the age range of 7-80 years old. I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2016 with my Masters in Social Work. From that point, I worked at the Center for Eating Disorders until 2018, where I provided family, individual and group therapy to both adolescents and adults. During the COVID19 Pandemic I worked an inpatient psychiatry unit providing a variety of social work services to adults struggling with chronic mental illness and/or addictions. Now, I’ve joined the outpatient world to better serve all of us together. But that’s enough of my journey. Now, it’s time to start your own.
