I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to empowering individuals to cultivate healthier relationships—with themselves and with others. My approach focuses on helping clients reframe unhelpful thoughts, navigate life’s stressors, and strengthen their capacity for self-care, self-esteem, and self-love. Through this work, my goal is to help you view your life with greater clarity, purpose, and vibrancy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, both from the University of South Florida. My clinical experience spans a wide range of concerns including addiction, attachment, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, body image issues, postpartum and infertility challenges, gender identity, behavioral concerns, parenting, financial stress, weight management, and career transitions. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where meaningful growth and healing can take place.
