I specialize in areas such as depression, anxiety/stress, trauma, and relationship issues. I work with each individual client in creating a safe and comfortable therapeutic space, free of judgment. I offer a range of therapeutic styles and modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral, Holistic/Spiritual, Integrative, as well as Psychoanalytical. I offer a wide variety of stress-reduction techniques and coping skills so that my clients can immediately learn to manage anxiety, while also working to address their concerns on a deeper level over time. I enjoy supporting clients with patience and compassion, working at their individual pace while they discover their own unique strengths.
