Hi I am a therapist licensed in Missouri. I have over 30 years experience. I have experience with a wide range of mental health issues from mood disorders such as depression and anxiety to relationship issues to more severe mental illness. My therapy style is interactive. My approach is from a strength based perspective. I believe you truly are the expert when it comes to your needs and sometimes you might need to just talk it through to find that answer. I have experience with helping folks find community supports. I use cognitive behavioral therapy at times and may suggest homework that can be explored outside of sessions.
