I am licensed in Kentucky with 25 years of professional work experience. I have worked with adults with many issues such a depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family conflict, aging, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosis. I also work with adults with ADHD in a coaching style modality. — A major focus in my practice is to be an accessible option when pursuing mental health treatment. Even while on the BetterHelp platform, I can coordinate care with your community Psychiatrist or help you find a Psychiatrist in your community that takes your insurance. I can advocate to have you seen sooner, if needed. I keep my schedule flexible to work you in when you may be having a tough time. — I actively use the BetterHelp platform communication tools to the benefit of the client. Maintaining open communication is key to getting the help you need, when you need it. I am solution focused in my approach instead of problem focused and nurture the client’s ability to find their own solutions. I also utilize cognitive behavioral strategies.
