Deon Whiteside (LPC)

Hi I am Deon, I am licensed in Oklahoma with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationships, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & anger management. My treatment approaches I use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Client Centered Therapy. I like to use CBT to help my clients think more rational about situations that they are involved rather it be with a partner or work concerns. CCT therapy allows me to use my coaching style of therapy and to be more conversational with my clients discussing and implementing goals while holding them accountable. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
