I am a licensed professional counselor in Arkansas with over 5 years of experience working in the following settings: outpatient, residential, Christian base, and private practice. I have worked with various populations with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and parenting problems. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe that everyone has a voice no matter how big or small without fear of being stifled. Thus, I will respect and provide compassion throughout the therapeutic process. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focus, dialectical, and client center therapy.
