I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with 9 years of professional work experience serving various populations in Outpatient and Inpatient settings. I have experience providing individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of issues and concerns including coping with addictions, serious and persistent mental illness, criminal justice involvement, mood disorders, anger management, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, ADHD/ADD, and individuals who have experienced domestic violence/sexual assault. Every individual is unique in their own way, so my approach varies based on each individual experience. I believe in nurturing a positive trusting relationship between counselor and client which will result in a positive outcome.
