I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida for almost 20 years. I have covered a lot of ground during this time as a Clinician. From counseling children and family to managing employee assistance mental health programming to crisis intervention in natural disasters and more, I have had the privilege of witnessing the boundless human spirit again and again. My approach is mostly solution-focused and mindfulness-based, with ample attention to the mind-body connection.
