Hi! I am a practicing LCSW with 8 years experience. I received my undergraduate degree in social work from West Virginia University and my masters degree from East Tennessee State University. I have a passion for helping individuals cope with ongoing life stressors and building the best version of themselves. My passions include working with those struggling to manage stress and anxiety. I also enjoy helping with parenting skills and teaching effective ways to communicate to build healthy relationships within families.
