Jacob DeFee is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Arkansas and Louisiana, with a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. With experience in both mental health clinics and private settings, Jacob has encountered a wide range of mental health challenges faced by individuals. His passion for helping people and his belief in the power of talk therapy to identify and solve problems are evident in his use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
