Rhonda Johnson is a dedicated and experienced therapist with a passion for helping individuals develop a clearer mind/body connection. With over 12 years of practice in the healing arts, Rhonda embarked on a counseling career 5 years ago to assist people in strengthening their connection with themselves. She firmly believes that the counseling process is an alliance between the client and therapist, with the client being the expert of their own life. Rhonda’s therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that clients have control over certain aspects of their lives and need to understand what they can and cannot control. Through the therapeutic relationship, clients can tap into their inner strengths and promote positive change. She holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Clemson University and utilizes various approaches in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psycho-Educational Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
