Jane Collingwood (LCSW)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin. I have experience providing therapy in the home, residential treatment, and outpatient setting. I specialize in grief, loss, end-of-life, relationship issues, forgiveness, aging, depression, and anxiety. I provide therapy using a variety of techniques, including solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, whole health, and motivational interviewing. My therapy style is nonjudgmental, open, and interested. I take time to get to know anyone I’m working with and develop a genuine and sincere therapeutic relationship. I believe that everyone has the ability to find their way through any life stressor and therapy should be tailored to meet the specific style and needs of each person. I have worked with people of all ages through all stages of life and have found that every stage offers unique opportunities for growth.
