Hey, I’m Jason -I’m a licensed and certified counselor with 12 years of experience as a therapist in Philadelphia and New York. Since 2013, I’ve helped clients overcome social anxiety, substance abuse, anxiety, depression and intimacy issues—while also developing emotional intelligence and building healthier relationships. My approach is direct but empathetic, balancing honesty with actionable solutions to help you take control of your life. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you confront unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and create lasting change. We’ll work on overcoming anxiety and depression, improving emotional awareness and communication, navigating online and offline relationships, and developing a stronger sense of self. Therapy with me is engaging, sometimes humorous, but always focused on real growth. I minimize worksheets and prioritize evidenced-based solutions.
