Hi, I’m Johanna—a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. I bring years of experience working with adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, burnout, depression, life transitions, and emotional disconnection. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and tailor therapy to meet each person where they are. I’ve completed advanced training in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I draw from these evidence-based methods while staying flexible and responsive to your individual needs. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I don’t believe therapy should be intimidating or one-size-fits-all. Instead, I create a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences—without judgment. Whether you’re navigating a major life change, processing past trauma, or simply seeking clarity, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll work toward deeper insight, healthier coping, and a stronger connection to what matters most to you. You don’t have to go through this alone.
