I am a licensed therapist with over 30 years of experience helping clients of all ages address a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, family conflicts, parenting issues, intimacy and relationship struggles, low self-esteem and self-confidence, life transitions and personal growth. My style as a therapist is both eclectic and dynamic, and I am committed to providing an environment that is safe, comfortable and free of judgment or labeling. It takes a great deal of courage to address one’s own struggles in order to achieve a more fulfilling and happier life, and I am committed to supporting and empowering my clients in that endeavor.
