Julia Bahr is a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor based in Missouri, with over 22 years of professional work in her private practice and on a locked psychiatric ward. Specializing in various areas such as stress and anxiety, depression, relationship/marital issues, trauma and abuse, and bipolar disorder, she believes in the power of her clients’ stories and their inherent strengths to overcome challenges. Recognizing that nobody knows their own journey better than themselves, Julia’s ultimate goal is to empower her clients to learn how to help themselves.
