I am a psychotherapist in New Jersey with over five years experience working with adults children and families. I have had my own private practice for over one year. I am experienced in working with clients with an array of concerns including parenting and co-parenting issues, parent-child conflict, child welfare, reunification, relationship issues, domestic violence, child welfare, reunification, trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression and adjustment problems. I also am certified in Violence Against Woman and Children. I have helped many people who have experienced physical, emotional and financial abuse. My counseling style is warm, relaxed and interactive. I have a strong belief in treating others with kindness, compassion and respect. I do not pass judgement nor do I believe in stigmatizing labels. Some approaches I use are Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma- Focused Therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), client-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy and Midnfulness Therapy. My approach depends on the reason for service. I will tailor your treatment plan and our dialog to meet your specific and unique needs. It takes a brave individual to take the first steps toward change in efforts to live a more fulfilling and happier life. I believe we are all humans trying our best.
