I have clinical skills to help clients through challenges with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, & parenting issues. I also have experience working with anger management, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance. I have extensive expertise and training working with youth populations on issues related to self-esteem, self-harm, and low motivation.
