Hi. My name is Kari and I’m living and licensed in Wisconsin. Much of the time this will look like making some tweaks to your self-care, self-talk, and/or ways relationships are navigated relationships. Together, we can co-explore what healthy lifestyle means to you and build a bridge to connect your vision to your actions.
