Kelly Owens is a licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and a licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and 8 years of individual therapy experience. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo and her graduate degree from Hofstra University. Kelly has worked in various mental health settings and is skilled in virtual teletherapy. Specializing in anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship/family issues, grief and loss, stress, and periods of transition, Kelly provides a warm and supportive environment during therapy sessions. She strives to understand her clients’ therapy goals and tailor her approach to meet their specific needs.
