I am licensed in Oklahoma with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I enjoy helping others gain knowledge and an understanding of themselves; to help manage your thoughts and emotions; gaining peace and improved relationships in your life. I am here to support and empower you in that journey. I have been married 42 yeas and we have 3 children ages 29 to 34. Through life experiences it became a passion for me to become a licensed professional counselor to help others. My therapeutic techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, person centered and coaching.
