Hello, my name is Kristy. I have been a licensed clinical professional counselor for over 25 years. Everyone has a story to tell. Everyone also has encountered struggle of some type.. I use primarily solution focused techniques and my faith to help individuals, couples and families find help and feel empowered. My counseling style is warm and interactive.
