Mental health is complex. How we feel, how we think, and what we do can be impacted by many factors. Unresolved trauma, overwhelming stress can significantly impact our functioning. That is why I am passionate about helping individuals identify and develop healthy coping strategies to overcome challenges. I understand that everyone is different, so I treat from an eclectic approach. I have training in CBT, Motivational, and Gestalt Therapies. I work with my clients to structure a treatment that is person-centered and realistic, with the client’s goals at the forefront. I have experience with all age groups and a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders.
