I’m glad you are here! It takes a lot of courage to take this first step. I believe that: Healing is not a destination, but a journey. Let’s walk together! I understand how trauma creates an underlying feeling of not being safe in the world. Your body and mind are hyper-aware of all the potential dangers around you. We work together to make sense of what has happened, how it impacts your life today, and how to move through it to create the life you want, so that you can enjoy your life. We will work together to help you develop self-awareness, self-acceptance and compassion. I am here to provide a safe, supportive space for you to be vulnerable, unpack your dark parts, make sense of what you’re going through, and find your way and to help you get to where you want to be. I will help you shed old ways of being that once helped you, but now work against you. I help you reconnect with your true self, higher self, younger self, future self, your strengths, and intuition. I will help you come home to yourself. Education and Experience I have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wyoming (LPC) I have 6 years’ experience working as a mental health therapist and addiction counselor
