Hello! I am Madalyn Caldwell. I’m a licensed professional counselor in the state of Alabama. I work with people who have difficulty with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and perinatal mental health. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, and solution focused brief therapy to help clients achieve their counseling goals.
