Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with over 20 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. I have also helped those struggling with addiction. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that requires honest caring without judgement. My counseling style is compassionate, direct, and non-judgemental to help create a supportive environment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational emotive , solution- focused, and motivational interviewing therapy.
